How to register

1. Take the tax invoice

   The warranty runs from the invoice date, once painting is complete.

2. Register within 15 days

   Call the Birla Opus helpline or register on the official site with the invoice details.

3. Keep the invoice and the drums

   Both may be asked for in a claim.

4. If there is a problem

   Tell us first. Claims go to the helpline within 30 days of noticing the issue, with the invoice, photos and the reason.

For purchases of 200 litres or more, registration goes through the helpline and may involve a site inspection. Helpline hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 am to 6:30 pm.
